Your rights as a buyer

- You may buy only the items you want, and decline packages
- You may buy a casket or urn elsewhere, and the provider may not charge you a handling fee for it
- Embalming is rarely required by law, and you are entitled to be told so
- Prices must be quoted over the telephone on request
