Case:  Widow denied credit disability and credit life insurance claims by insurance company when credit union failed to remit premiums; Mr. Harris negotiated settlement prior to filing suit;

Case:  Insurance company forced auto accident injury case against its insured into litigation resulting in a judgment against the insured for his personal assets;  Mr. Harris threatened suit and negotiated full payment of the judgment by the insurance company.

Case:  Disability insurer denied disability benefits to client who sustained neck injuries that required surgery; Mr. Harris wrote letters and explained why insurer's denial was wrongful; 
Result:  Insurance company reinstated disability insurance benefits.

Case:  Insurance company for trucking company refused to defend insured for wrongful death of two individuals arising from a trucking accident;  Mr. Harris helped client enter into agreement with heirs of wrongful death victims so as to allow them to sue the insurance company directly. 
Result:  Trucking company owner's personal assets were not used to pay claims of the heirs and the heirs received significant payouts from insurance company that refused to defend the trucking company.

Case:  Insurance company refused to defend and pay injury lawsuit against their insured causing the insured to pay the attorney's fees and costs to defend the lawsuit;  Mr. Harris threatened suit against insurance company and negotiated settlement; 
Result:  Insurance company paid claim and reimbursed the client for all attorney's fees and costs expended.
